About
Simone LeBlanc is an eCommerce store focused on connecting people and strengthening bonds through gifts. This eCommerce store features theme-based gift collections and recipient-based gift boxes. In addition, they also customize gifts for official events along with options like custom wrapping and logo engraving.
The Challenge
Simone LeBlanc needed a simple mechanism to showcase the gifts in bundles and boxes as well as individually on a marketplace. The gifting experience needed to be carried over to each product page with messaging options to make it a very personalized gifting experience.
The Solution
Built By Blank created a user-friendly UX, coding and developing a binding mechanism for the gift boxes, with different categorizations by Themes, For a target group (Eg. Him/Her), By Price, or individually on a marketplace. This schema allowed Simone LeBlanc to offer targeted products and maximize conversions and sales. We user research-tested and implemented a
dynamically moving header bar to maximize click-throughs.

We selected Shopify for Simone LeBlanc due to its wide range of themes and flexibility. We chose the Shopify Plan that includes professional reports to help manage the day-to-day operations.

Gift Message Functionality
Customers can write a personalized message for the recipient while purchasing a gift product. This is done by the gift message feature on the Product Detail Page which feeds to the back-end, to be included during the fulfillment process.
Search Functionality
The site has a wide variety of gifts. Therefore, we added a search function that lists all the products related to your search term.
Journal Functionality
We also added a journal section. This section includes various articles on gifting ideas and gift wrapping.
Press Section
Simone LeBlanc has been featured by reputable media outlets like Elle, Vogue, and even The New York Times. We added a Press section to showcase all these press mentions in a visually appealing manner.
Join our Team Functionality
The Join our team option added on the website lets users apply to join the Simone LeBlanc team by uploading their resumes.
Newsletter
We added the option to subscribe to the company newsletter for email capture. The newsletter keeps the subscriber informed about the latest trend updates from Simone LeBlanc.
Mini Cart
Shoppers on this eCommerce site have a minicart to keep all the gifts they like or need a second opinion on, in a quick view look into their shopping cart.
With the launch of their eCommerce store, Simone LeBlanc’s reach and
visibility considerably increased. This led to an increase in traffic and sales.
