Launching a pioneer and disruptor in the plant based milk category

About

Táche Pistachio Milk is a female-founded, sustainability-guided business that’s innovating the plant-based milk category. Based in New York, Táche Pistachio Milk is dedicated to manufacturing environmentally friendly products.

 

Challenge

Táche Pistachio Milk is a higher-priced alternative in the plant-based milk category. The challenge was to design a digital experience that would showcase the value and quality of the product.

 

Solution

Our Built By Blank team employed smooth animations and movement to give the user a feeling of the luxurious quality and aspects of the product while exploring the site. The aim was to immerse the user in the experience. We achieved it by using CTA buttons that have the movement of milk filling up the button, animations where milk is flowing, rotating iconography on scrolls, and beautiful icons to showcase Plant-Based, Vegan, Non-GMO, and Gluten Free benefits of the product.

The value proposition of the brand was highlighted by educating people that pistachio milk is better for the environment and uses a fraction of the water needed to make other plant-based milks.

Approach – Selecting a Platform:
The Built by Blank team chose Shopify to create Táche an e-commerce website that was beautiful to look at and easy to navigate. We selected Shopify after learning about the client’s needs and how flexible they wanted the structure to be. With premier security features, reliability, and all-inclusive server costs, we knew Shopify would bring the most to the table for our client.

Subscription

At launch, Táche introduced a recurring option for end-users to subscribe to products for 2-, 4-, or 6- weeks at a time.


Custom Product Pages With Appealing Animation

The Built team created product pages specially designed to fit the brand’s aesthetic and highlight its value proposition.


Mini Cart

The mini cart allows users to easily access products they have chosen, as well as to add or remove items.


Sticky Cart on PDP Page

To provide ease of access to the client, the Built team created a custom, sticky Add To Cart option. This allowed the user to add a product to the cart, even after scrolling down the product page, without prompting them to go up again, thus helping in increasing sales.


Wishlist

We designed and developed the Wishlist icon and page for Táche. This allowed users to save their favorite items and add them to the cart from the Wishlist page once they decided on the best option.


Store Locator Maps

For customers who prefer shopping offline, we added a Stockists locator page. This page helps users find Táche stores across the USA.


Quick Shop

Quick Shops are a staple feature on most e-commerce stores. They give the user easy access to select items, so we designed the quick view to be simple to access and view.


Klaviyo Integration for Marketing

The Built team had set up the Klaviyo marketing tool for effective email capturing methods across the website. This also helped in user onboarding before the brand’s launch.
